Job Overview: We are seeking a Head of Transport Operations to lead and streamline transportation and logistics activities across the various brands within the DUKA Group. This role requires an experienced professional with strong operational and leadership skills to ensure efficient transport processes, compliance with regulations, and effective team management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead transport operations for AIBA, Eco Market, GoTech Electronics, D&D Distribution, and DUKA Winery & Vineyard
- Direct logistics planning and fleet management, ensuring optimal routes and timely deliveries
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with business units to meet transport needs while maintaining cost control
- Monitor and analyze transport performance, implementing improvements and innovative solutions
- Manage and coach the transport team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals
- Identify and drive operational efficiencies across the transport function
Requirements:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management
